Questions about plans & billing

01What counts as a processed call?

Every conversation Proponent reads: meetings pulled from your recorder, dialer calls, and in-person or phone calls captured with the Proponent mobile app. Each one counts once toward your monthly volume, no matter how many people view the output.

02Are users really unlimited?

Yes, on every plan. Sales, ops, marketing, and leadership all work from the same record at no extra cost. Your bill scales with your call volume, not your hiring plan. Add 10 reps and it barely moves.

03What's the ROI?

Payback is typically 60–90 days. Teams get 20+ hours back per rep, per week, with more deals managed per rep and measurable win-rate lift within the first quarter.

04Do we have to commit to an annual contract?

Annual billing is the default at Scale and above; Starter and Growth run monthly. The two-week pilot has no long contract at all. If your team isn't getting hours back, we end it.

05What happens if our call volume grows past our tier?

You move to the next tier, and the effective per-call rate drops as you do. We size plans from your actual call volume, so talk to us and we'll help you pick the right fit.

06What does Enterprise add?

Volume pricing from $0.20 per call at 25,000+ calls a month, plus self-hosting and data residency, SSO and role-based access, custom integrations, and a dedicated success manager.
