Proponent started as a spreadsheet. In 2019, running GTM at Locus, Prashant built the first version as a Google Sheets tool. The customer intelligence his team needed was trapped in sales calls no one had time to hear.
Six years later, the problem hasn't changed. Sales leaders still fly blind, twice: the CRM sits 35% complete because reps log what they remember, and coaching reaches ~2% of calls because no manager can listen to them all.
