Our story

Proponent started as a spreadsheet. In 2019, running GTM at Locus, Prashant built the first version as a Google Sheets tool. The customer intelligence his team needed was trapped in sales calls no one had time to hear.

Six years later, the problem hasn't changed. Sales leaders still fly blind, twice: the CRM sits 35% complete because reps log what they remember, and coaching reaches ~2% of calls because no manager can listen to them all.

What's changed is what's possible. Proponent reads every call once and does the work in between: CRM updated, deal scored, rep coached, follow-ups assigned, all delivered to the tools your team already uses. There is nothing new to log into and nothing important lost.
